The JIB system comprises a colour camera on a pan and tilt unit, housed in a compact, rugged casing, a cable drum with 100 metres of cable as standard, a colour monitor, and a control box.
The system has the ability of being integrated with the picture-in-picture display on the control stations of remote vehicles.
The JIB Remote Camera System has been developed for the remote monitoring of bomb neutralisation techniques and operations.
The system can be remotely operated from up to 500 metres and is easily deployable by the operator, or, alternatively by a remote vehicle.
